Pulse can be felt in the wrist (radial pulse), the popliteal area (knee), (cervical carotid pulse), mid-forearm) (brachial pulse) and groin (inguinal pulse. You can not feel your pulse in your stomach.

The feeling of the abdominal aorta, is an important traffic artery, passes through the stomach area. It is normal to feel the pulse, especially for someone who is thin!
